René Carayol

René is a world leading executive coach who has acquired a reputation for advising a series of successful CEOs in the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100. He has worked closely with Jim Yong Kim – President of The World Bank, Antony Jenkins – CEO Barclays Bank, hardly anyone can match his sustained track record of success.

René has an extensive network that allows faster access to the huge talent pool of Black Executives. Before becoming an executive coach, René himself sat on the boards of Pepsi, IPC Media and HMRC.

Sally Clark

Sally is a role model for professional women from all walks of life. She has had a long and successful career in financial services where she became Chief Internal Audit Officer at Barclays before moving on to become a Non-Executive Director at Metro Bank and a Non-Executive Director at Citi Group.

Sally is a leading voice when it comes to diversity in the workplace. She has mentored a significant number of next generation leaders as well as becoming a qualified coach

Adam Hyland

Adam received a bachelors degree from Cass Business School in Business Management. During this time he completed two internships with Barclays across their UK banking divisions.

He completed a placement year with ILN where he worked on new commercial ventures as well as developing his leadership capabilties. He also sits on the Young Leaders Panel for the Migrant Leaders charity.

Nusrath Hassan

Nusrath received a bachelors degree in Law from SOAS. Before studying, Nusrath led the Let Girls Learn initiative where she worked closely with First Lady Michelle Obama and her charity.

Since joining ILN, Nusrath has been involved in scaling up and providing critical data analysis for the current ventures. She also sits on the Board for The Women of the World Foundation.
